Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to all patients receiving healthcare services at Sri Lakshmi Multi Speciality Hospital, including outpatients, inpatients, emergency patients, day-care patients, attendants, family members and authorised representatives.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

Patients or their authorised representatives are responsible for understanding applicable hospital charges, completing required administrative formalities and settling bills in accordance with Hospital policies and insurance procedures.

Complete registration and consent documents.
Provide valid insurance information where applicable.
Settle Hospital bills promptly.
Inform the Hospital of any changes affecting treatment or billing.
